When you look at the take over of the internet, much has been said within the change of hip-hop culture. One very important aspect of hip-hop as we all know is the DJ and their importance to break records. Aside from breaking the biggest records ever heard, DJ's also play a very solid role in keeping the crowd happy on those late Friday and Saturday nights on the club scene. Greensboro native DJ Paradime is very active in the DJ culture and has recently spoke with QtheQuestion.com on the art as a whole. In reference the times now when you have a lot of push-button DJ's, Paradime voices his opinion,"The game is changing man, and now its not even about your talent, its more of how many friends you have on facebook, rather than your talent. He continues in regards to the digital DJ's as well, "As far as push button DJ's they won't last, I just feel like if your going to be a push button DJ, do you, but just know your not gonna last with the DJ's that actually have talent. Paradime has been a strong following in North Carolina through out the years being on of the states most popular DJ's. The originality of his name has quite a interest too, as Paradime notes he gained the name from Bruce Lee. He explains when watching a Bruce Lee film, Lee was being interviewed and told the writer that he wants to his life to be a paradime. Paradime states "I want to be an all around master of my art, I want to set the example and be very skilledin particular categories." One popular brand that gave him recognition were his "Soul of the South Mixtape" series.
